In today's digital age, coding and robotics are essential skills for the next generation of innovators and leaders. At Northern Muslim School, we recognize the importance of equipping our learners with the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. That's why we're excited to offer a Coding and Robotics programme for learners from Grade RR to Grade 9.

Our program introduces learners to the basics of computer skills, coding, and robotics from a young age. Starting in Grade RR, our learners begin with foundational skills such as basic computer literacy, mouse skills, and fundamental programming concepts. As they progress through the grades, they'll build on these skills, exploring more advanced topics in coding and robotics.

Hands-on Learning

Our Coding and Robotics program is designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun. Learners have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including visual programming languages, robotics kits, and coding software. Through hands-on activities, helping them develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and creativity.

Sports at Northern Muslim School

We have partnered with two independent sporting clubs to provide our learners with access to coaching and sporting opportunities at no extra cost.


  Partnering for Success

We are proud to host two independent sporting clubs that offer coaching services to our learners:

  • Soccer coaching for learners in Grade RR  to Grade 3
  • Multi Sports Academy (MSA) offering coaching for learners in Grade RR to Grade 12

Sports Offerings

  Our learners participate in a variety of sports, including:

  • Table Tennis
  • Soccer
  • Netball
  • Athletics
  • Cricket (newly introduced)

Inter-School Competitions

As part of our affiliation with the Association of Muslim Schools (AMS), we participate in inter-school soccer tournaments, providing our learners with opportunities to compete against other schools and develop their skills in a competitive environment.


Friendly Matches and Invitations

We also invite other schools to play sports with us, fostering friendships and sportsmanship. Similarly, we participate in friendly matches at other schools, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.

Our Life Coach, a qualified Psychologist, offers one-on-one guidance to help learners identify their strengths, interests, and suitable career paths.

Learners engage with university representatives and industry professionals who share valuable information about tertiary options, campus life, and real-world career experiences.

 We also invite professionals from various fields to share their experiences and insights with our learners. These career talks provide learners with a glimpse into different careers, helping them to understand the realities of various professions and make informed choices.
